Sonic Origami review.

The cd gets 7 points out of 10

'Ein nettes Erganzungsalbum fur all jene unter euch, bei denen die wurst nicht standig im Rhytmus explodierender Stalinorgeln krachen muss'

Its a nice AOR album for all of you who does not need rockmusic like a exploding hotdog on the rythm of a Stalinorgan.

Three years after the release of the anniversary cd Sea of light, the audience can stick a new Heepalbum in their ears. The two best songs of the album are 'Between the wall's ( ?? LR) and the cool, Purplelike 'Snorgelgroover' (not translated)

'I Hear Voices'. Both are on pole position. But real convincing is the songwriting of the slowsong 'Heartless Land' and epic powerballad 'Across the Miles'. The album contains to many spacefillers, which won't last after ten times in the cd player. The production is soft and thin.

The rate of unspectackular songs is to high. The album is meat nor fish. The legendary and most active live-band has a lot more to offer on stage.
